On the second and fourth Tuesday of every month there will be a sermon discussion of the previous weeks sermon. Men and Women meet at the parsonage. Snacks are provided by the Care and Compassion Ministry Team.
First Sundays we gather at the table to celebrate Holy Communion. Our children participate in the entire worship service. Following worship, everyone is invited to join the intergenerational table discussion groups to creatively explore the scripture and the message that day. Members of our Pella Family and community are invited to participate in our Family Night Ministry. The evening begins at 6:00pm with a meal and fellowship followed by Bible classes for all ages from 6:30pm to 7:30pm.
At Pella, we “build relationships to impact the kingdom for His glory.” But what does it look like to build relationships that reflect the kingdom? In our fall, church-wide study, we will read The Other Half of Church and see how growing joy, steadfast love, and healthy correction build God’s kingdom on earth.
We will have our annual congregation meeting on Monday, Dec 1 at 7:00pm.
We will hear from a representative from each committee, go over the 2025 budget, vote on new consistory members.
On Sundays after the worship service we will meet with Pastor Brett to discuss “The Other Half of Church”. Grab some coffee and join us for the discussion.
